Airone is a leading manufacturer and marketer of canned tuna fish products with a production plant in the Ivory Coast and commercial facilities in Italy and France. In 2013, Airone generated revenues of approximately Eur. 65 million. The Company markets its products under its well known brands, including Airone, Maremí, Altomar and Alba, as well as in the private label industry. Its customer base includes the major Italian and French retailers and discount chains.

CP Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Airone on the divestiture of the business to Dante Bigi, a well known Italian entrepreneur, for approximately Eur. 55 million in cash.
