Nuova Castelli Group is the leading producer and marketer of of Italian P.D.O. cheese products, including Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano and Gorgonzola. The Company generates revenues in excess of Eur. 300 million and operates through its five product plants located in Italy and Hungary and its own distribution and commercial platforms in France, UK, Germany, Scandinavia and Russia. 
CP Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Villa Canali on the divestiture of Alival to Nuova Castelli, completing the initial project started in 2014 with the creation of a leading player with revenues in excess of Eur. 500 million in the Italian dairy industry.
