Cesped Group, a leading transportation services provider, has purchased 100% of the quotas of Delta Mare S.r.l., a leading shipping agency based in Porto Marghera, Venice.

Cesped Group is a leading Italian player in the domestic and international shipments and transports, ranking among the top 10 Italian private companies in the sector. The Group operates in the field of road, sea and air shipments through 17 shipping centers in Italy and 2 subsidiaries in Poland and Romania. In 2018, Cesped Group generates revenues in excess of 200 million euro.
 
Founded in 1990, Delta Mare plays a key role in the domestic and international shipping activities in the ports of Venice and Marghera. The Company has gained extensive experience in the shipping with an adequate knowledge in conventional, project cargo, RO/RO rolling stock, heavy and bulky, oversized, containers all kinds. In 2018 Delta Mare generates revenues of approximately 10 million euro.
